Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 7 8 years of experience to manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects in a fast-paced, onsite environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, develop a strong understanding of the product, and effectively manage stakeholders while ensuring timely and high-quality project execution. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders
• Develop a strong understanding of the product, technical architecture, and business objectives
• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; manage expectations and provide clear, regular updates
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure effective communication across teams and leadership throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 7 8 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities
• Experience working closely with technical and cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
