Job Description:
Title: IT Program Manager
Location: Addison TX
Duration: 12 months
Payrate: $65.00 - 67.70/hr
Position Summary
Looking for a Technology Delivery Lead with at least five years of experience in a software development team that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.
Responsibilities
Lead JAD Sessions for the Project as needed -- Set the context and summarize and follow up on next steps (Collaborate with LOB/FL/Architects to set agenda)
Coordinate with Business (Product Manager/Product Owner) on Requirements and road map
Coordinate with Architect on designs for the Project
Lead the design review sessions with tech and business
Lead the PI activities by coordinating the Breakout sessions with all the teams involved for the Project
Engagement of all Service providers for the Project by going through the respective Intake forums
Track and Manage the Financials for the Project (including Negotiations as needed), raise any funding risks to the leadership and plan for mitigation
Lead various Tech workgroup meetings for the Project with all the stakeholders to track the Project throughout SDLC phases
Plan and drive End to End Testing for the Project
Plan and drive the Production Certification for the project including all stakeholders
Track and Lead any triages needed for the Project during LLE or Post Production with stakeholders
Lead and Track all the MRA activities for the Project - partner with change coordinator
Timely Communication of Project Status to the Leadership and LOB - Partner with PMO delivery lead
For every release, partner with the PMO delivery lead and team members to determine Significance of the release. If Significant, coordinate gathering all necessary documentation and review sessions with PMO delivery Lead
Required Qualifications
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burn-down technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Experience in managing IT project finances
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.
The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: various Burn-down technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
