Advanced Reporting Specialist
UKG Reporting Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing analytical reports and dashboards . This role ensures that key stakeholders have accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support workforce management, payroll, HR, and business operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical reporting skills with a deep understanding of HR and labor data, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and usability across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain custom reports, views, and data visualizations using UKG reporting tools
- Support HR, payroll, and operations teams with ad hoc reporting and data extracts for audits and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain data integration workflows with external systems using Boomi.
Qualifications:
- 2 5+ years of experience in UKG Workforce Management, reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as UKG's Advanced Reporting.
- Boomi certified
- Python
UKG Advanced Scheduler
Highly technical and collaborative Senior UKG Workforce Management Consultant to lead the configuration, optimization, and automation of advanced scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of advanced scheduling, shift patterns, and compliance rules in UKG Dimensions WFM.
- Drive automation initiatives using Python and AI, including the integration of data from multiple sources and the development of user-friendly, automated reporting tools.
- Design, implement, and maintain Boomi integrations between UKG and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and configuring advanced scheduling, shift patterns, and compliance rules in UKG. - Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders, document business rules, and translate them into system configurations.
Boomi Integration & Certification
- Experience designing and maintaining Boomi integrations, with a strong understanding of the differences between UKG Central and Dimensions backends. - Boomi certification preferred.
