We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy AI Communications Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and innovation. This specialist will be responsible for creating and managing diverse communication materials using various modern tools and media. They will also track the reach and effectiveness of communications, determine optimal formats, and produce compelling presentations and content that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Develop, write, edit, and publish high-quality content that effectively communicates AI initiatives, innovations, and emerging technology topics.
Create various communication materials, including articles, blog posts, social media content, press releases, and newsletters.
Design stunning and engaging presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, and other design software.
Media and Tools:
Utilize modern communication tools and media to disseminate content, including social media platforms, websites, email marketing, and multimedia formats.
Leverage graphic design tools and video editing software to enhance communication materials.
Audience Engagement and Analysis:
Track and analyze the reach and engagement of communications using analytics tools and metrics.
Use data-driven insights to determine the most effective formats and channels for different types of content and audiences.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives related to AI and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Innovative Communication Solutions:
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and communication.
Propose and implement innovative communication solutions to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, Journalism, or a related field. A degree specifically in Communications is ideal.
Proven experience in a communications role, preferably focused on AI, technology, or innovation.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using modern communication and design tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, Keynote, video editing software, and social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze communication metrics and derive actionable insights.
Creative flair with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in public relations or corporate communications.
Certification or advanced training in AI or related technologies.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
Experience with data visualization tools.
