Job Title: Color Design 3 Location: Beaverton, OR
Job Summary:
Join our client as a Color Design 3, where you'll lead the creation of innovative color designs for apparel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market success and deliver trend-setting color solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute color designs, collaborating with design, marketing, and development teams.
Communicate changes clearly for final confirmation and ensure timely completion of projects.
Develop line art, color design servers, and coordinate materials for product execution.
Research and propose seasonal color strategies and create category-specific color directions.
Present and communicate color direction to internal teams and participate in bi-annual color needs discussions.
Mentor junior designers and enhance the value of color design within the organization.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft tools.
Experience with large apparel brands; familiarity with Vizcom AI is a plus.
Strong understanding of consumer trends, brand positioning, and market insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
