We re seeking passionate Cloud Native Developer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. This role involves full-time pairing, moderate context switching, and a strong focus on Test Driven Development (TDD), and paired programming.
Desired Skills & Experience
Paired programming experience is required
Comfortable working in large, polyglot codebases
Willingness to learn new paradigms, languages, and patterns
Interest in AI-driven solutions
Strong problem-solving and research skills
Empathy and openness to continuous feedback in pair programming
Experience with TDD
Contributions to open-source projects (preferred)
Background in log analysis, streaming data, and metrics visualization
Mentoring experience in professional settings
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
4+ years of programming experience
