Role Overview
The Program Manager will support senior leadership in driving large-scale modernization initiatives across operational and technology functions. This role focuses on program execution, governance, process improvement, and the adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions across multiple teams and business units.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a structured yet adaptable delivery approach, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Initiative Leadership
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-disciplinary programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Drive initiatives focused on automation, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency
- Leverage AI and digital tools to improve accuracy, scalability, and cycle time
Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, IT, operations, and business teams
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, decision-making, and issue resolution
- Support adoption of new processes using change-management best practices
Project Planning & Governance
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers
- Establish and enforce standardized program and project management practices
- Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and delivery expectations
Reporting & Performance Measurement
- Define and track KPIs related to timelines, quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Deliver clear, executive-level status reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Identify corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and ethical technology standards
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, analysts, and junior team members
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT program or project management experience in large, complex organizations
- Proven success managing multi-year, high-value programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong expertise in project planning, documentation, and executive-level reporting
- Experience with automation, AI tools, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Advanced stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with project management and productivity tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
