Summary

Our client is looking to augment their team with an experienced ERP Solution Engineer to assist in the implementation of their cloud-based systems.

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience implementing ERP solutions.
Experience with project-based ERP systems preferred (i.e. Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, Acumatica, Jamis, etc.).
Previous experience in Government Contractor (GovCon) accounting, contract management, and/or financial project planning.
Understanding of the rules and regulations applicable to GovCon accounting systems/processes as per the FAR.
Excellent, high-level communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, etc.
Experience creating custom reports via BI reporting tools / Power BI / etc.
Preferred understanding of AI / machine learning to improve forecasting, reporting, financial accuracy in ERP systems.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an accounting or IT.
Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities:

Support sales discovery calls with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with sales to design customized, solution-oriented presentations.
Review and provide input on RFP responses.
Support product information requests and questions from the sales team.
Conduct sales-to-services handoff calls, ensuring alignment with delivery teams.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing automation and AI-driven capabilities.
Create demo scripts and custom scenarios highlighting GovCon accounting best practices and AI-enabled efficiencies. Maintain and upgrade demo databases with latest product and AI feature enhancements.
Communicate customer requirements and AI-related feedback to product management teams.
Support marketing events, webinars, and other client-facing initiatives.
Provide insight to product teams on new releases, emerging trends, and feature opportunities.
