Job Title: Technical Lead - Workday integration

Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Technical Lead / Architect to lead and design complex Workday integrations for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Workday web services, and core connectors, along with proven leadership skills to guide an onsite integration team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Workday integration developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
• Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using Workday Studio, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and manage integrations using Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), PECI, WECI, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
• Build and maintain complex XSLT transformations and data mappings. Ensure best practices for error handling, logging, monitoring, and data security across all integrations.
• Own the full SDLC for integration projects requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions Provide rapid issue resolution and support during critical project phases.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Workday Integration Framework.
• Deep knowledge of PECI, WECI, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and EIBs. Expertise in SOAP/REST web services, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex, enterprise-scale Workday integrations.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Workday Integration or Studio Certification is highly preferred.
