Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer IV to oversee the technical execution of a mobile backend ecosystem for a Customer Self-Service Companion application. The ideal candidate will act as a technical decision-maker, ensuring reliability, alignment with enterprise standards, and hands-on involvement in critical areas. This role requires expertise in mobile architecture, hands-on leadership, and a focus on performance and quality.
Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture and development of an Angular application wrapped with Ionic/Capacitor, including state management, modular design, AWS cloud, and iOS-specific integrations.
- Act as a player/coach by setting coding standards, performing code reviews, mentoring developers, and owning CI/CD iOS builds, signing, and harness pipelines.
- Drive best practices for iOS performance, security, offline support, and UX quality to deliver a stable, production-ready mobile app.
- Own overall system architecture, including mobile backend services, messaging, and data stores.
- Lead design decisions for event-driven architectures, push notifications, real-time updates, and authentication/authorization flows.
- Set development standards and code quality expectations.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum delivery model to ensure quality outcomes.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices, guidelines, and governance for web applications and websites.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and innovations in web application development.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Mastery of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (e.g., Angular.js, jQuery).
- Experience with responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and page optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO concepts and coding for Search Engine Optimization.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, AJAX, XML, XSD, XSL, XPATH, and MVC Frameworks.
- Advanced skills in object-oriented coding and scripting languages such as Java, .NET/C#, PHP, and Ruby.
- Experience with relational database modeling and creating advanced SQL queries/procedures.
- Ability to set up and configure websites with IIS and Apache.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to travel to off-site locations if required.

Pay Range: $90- $95
