Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programmer Analyst to support complex computer systems and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, functional requirements development, and testing. This position requires onsite presence in Lansing for interviews and a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex systems
- 8+ years of developing functional requirements for projects
- 8+ years of implementing test plans and test cases
- 5+ years of experience with Agile development processes, including test-driven development
- Proficient in Azure DevOps or similar tracking applications; experience with HIPAA data
