Role Overview:
Join an established team focusing on co-branded credit card products to develop, specify, and document technical and business specifications for new product enhancements using JIRA & Confluence.
Facilitate and coordinate with various teams, including design, data, business operations, and technology, to ascertain dependencies and propel product backlog refinement and implementation.
Engage with the product and program management divisions to shape and uphold a comprehensive program roadmap.
Act as a mediator within the program management framework to identify and strategize on issue resolution, including risk mitigation, obstacle elimination, and tracking of outstanding agendas.
Supervise and direct subordinate staff, offering mentorship to bolster their professional growth and ensuring the quality of their contributions.

Essential Experience:
A background in the Banking industry, preferably within the credit or co-branded card sectors.

Key Product Management Expertise Required:
Proven ability in eliciting and articulating product requirements.
Proficiency in documentation and requirement management within JIRA.
Strong interdisciplinary coordination abilities, particularly bridging design, data, business strategy, and technology teams.
Demonstrated competence in discerning and resolving potential risks and impediments.
Established track record in crafting and implementing product roadmaps.
Adeptness in agile product development methodologies, particularly in delivering customer-oriented product initiatives.
Leadership experience with small teams, or in providing mentorship to less experienced product personnel, ensuring exceptional quality standards.
A fundamental comprehension of system back-end or API capabilities, or past collaboration with technical and data teams on products featuring significant back-end architecture and integration components.
