Enterprise UX Tooling Designer

Top Requirements

(Must haves)

• 5+ years of enterprise tooling experience (internal apps vs. marketing/ecomm sites), ideally within supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, or operations domains.
• Strong technical experience demonstrating systems thinking around complex systems and understanding how they integrate/interact.
• Proven ability to clarify ambiguous asks, run requirement‑gathering conversations with internal associates, and convert them into actionable flows/wireframes.
• Strong portfolio showing enterprise UI patterns (tables, nested tables, dashboards, multi‑step workflows) and measurable impact on operational outcomes.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or equivalent) and UX delivery artifacts (flows, IA, wireframes, interactive prototypes) for complex internal systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across product, engineering, and operations.

Additional Notes

• Direct experience in OMS/CCUI or adjacent supply‑chain platforms; familiarity with WAM (site‑merch tooling) or similar homegrown systems.
• Background collaborating with offshore teams and supporting incremental enhancements alongside larger feature work.
• Knowledge of inventory management, fulfillment flows, care center tooling, and store operations.
