RegOps Java Lead Developer

Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using core Java and modern server-side frameworks.

Implement enterprise integrations using XML, Spring, and Apache Camel.

Build reliable and scalable messaging solutions using Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or similar technologies.

Work extensively with SQL and enterprise databases such as SQL Server and Sybase.

Ensure software delivery excellence through Agile practices and use of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.

Lead and guide development teams, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to best practices.

Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements and technical outcomes.

Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of execution.

10+ years of experience in Java server-side development.

Deep understanding of Spring, Camel, XML, and integration frameworks.

Strong hands-on experience with enterprise messaging technologies.

Proficiency in writing efficient SQL and working with relational databases.

Experience working in Agile environments with strong CI/CD exposure.

Proven leadership experience mentoring teams and managing deliverables.

Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
