Job Details

Role Overview

  • Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using core Java and modern server-side frameworks.

  • Implement enterprise integrations using XML, Spring, and Apache Camel.

  • Build reliable and scalable messaging solutions using Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or similar technologies.

  • Work extensively with SQL and enterprise databases such as SQL Server and Sybase.

  • Ensure software delivery excellence through Agile practices and use of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.

  • Lead and guide development teams, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to best practices.

  • Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements and technical outcomes.

  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in Java server-side development.

  • Deep understanding of Spring, Camel, XML, and integration frameworks.

  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise messaging technologies.

  • Proficiency in writing efficient SQL and working with relational databases.

  • Experience working in Agile environments with strong CI/CD exposure.

  • Proven leadership experience mentoring teams and managing deliverables.

  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
