Role: Senior Product Manager Healthcare & PBM Coach

Location: Remote

About the Role:
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep healthcare and PBM experience to lead and mentor a team of Product Managers. This role will drive best practices and strategic product development across our pharmacy benefit platforms.

Responsibilities:

Oversee product lifecycle management for PBM solutions.
Coach and develop Product Managers to enhance team capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with healthcare regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes through innovative PBM features.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing healthcare or PBM product portfolios.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and PBM processes.
