- Experience negotiating and supporting negotiations and sourcing for larger suppliers
- Collaborate with legal, finance, information security, risk, and other stakeholder groups to review
contracts (including business and legal terms)
- Contract administrative tasks including entering data into a source-to-pay system, adding new suppliers,
and building deal review decks
- Coaching and helping others on the team as needed through their negotiations
- Ability to analyze, and present data as needed to Management

responsibilities:
- The contractor will have a queue of work consisting of renewals and purchases.
- They will establish connections with the internal stakeholders, determine level of Legal and/or Security
work needed during scoping and strategy
- The contractor will be logging data in Microsoft Power Apps, working in COUPA
The contractor will be working with appropriate stakeholders to assist purchases for new and existing
vendor (hardware and software) technologies.
The contractor will work with many negotiators on the team and will assist them with multiple tasks, as
well as their own deals (they'll be shown what to do)
- The contractor will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g.,
vendors, business and platforms)
- Facilitates meetings between vendors and Company stakeholders (e.g., gathering requirements,
identifying solutions, vendor performance)
- Functions as the point of contact for contract and vendor service issues from business partners and
assigned vendors
- Administers the vendor feedback process, which includes collecting, integrating, analyzing and
communicating information. Makes suggestions for process improvements.
- They will read through contracts and execute a purchase or market research
- May be asked to lead meetings
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business or related discipline (e.g. Business Management) and a minimum of four
years of experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships.
-In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related work experience in business, sourcing and/or
developing and maintaining vendor relationships may be accepted.
