Senior Business Analyst

Were hiring a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in a long-term product initiative, helping tokeep development teams moving by removing impediments, driving clarity, and turning complex business needs into shippable software.

There is a strong desire to find a local candidate in the Pittsburgh, PA commutable area to work on a hybrid schedule basis (1-2 days/week in the office). We will prioritize local candidates, but will also consider remote options within the EST time zone.This role is for someone who can operate at multiple levels of the organization partnering with business leaders, product and project teams, and engineers and who can take ownership of outcomes, not just documentation.

Youll work on a modern, evolving platform, helping shape how requirements are discovered, defined, and delivered. This is a great fit for someone who has worked on greenfield or major platform builds, knows how to ramp up quickly, and can bring structure and momentum to complex initiatives.

Were looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis or delivery-focused roles, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of driving execution in complex environments. Experience in healthcare/pharmais a plus.
