Please note: This is a business-focused role, not a technical development position. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals, but will not be responsible for coding or system configuration.

Role Overview:
The consultant will play a key role in enabling pre-university engagement objectives through technology-driven solutions. This position focuses on translating business needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital capabilities that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable value.

An ideal candidate would have Core SME Competencies in the following Pre-University areas:
1) K–12 Pedagogy & Learning Design
2) Standards Alignment (Curricular & Competency)
3) Youth-Centered UX & Safety
4) Child Privacy, Consent & Data Governance
5) Assessment & Credential Design
Key Responsibilities:

Define functional requirements for systems that track and record student participation, award credentials, and integrate data across platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure technology enhances user experience, maintains data integrity, and supports long-term program growth.
Specify technology objectives, align requirements with organizational goals, and work closely with IT and development teams.
Apply Agile principles to support iterative development, prioritize features, and validate solutions through collaborative sprints and user feedback.
