Position: Data Analyst / Engineer - (Federal Experience Required)

Location: 95% Remote (5% onsite Any IRS locations -Lanham, MD / Washington DC / Ogden, UT / Farmers Branch, TX )

Work Authorization Requirement:

Due to federal contract requirements, this role requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Job Description:

Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines; support data lakes and warehouses for AI/API integration; ensure data governance and compliance.

Mandatory Qualifications:

3 5+ years in data engineering; Skilled in SQL, Python/Scala; ETL tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka, dbt)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real-time data processing, ML collaboration, and data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR)

Tech Stack:

SQL, Python, Scala, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, COBOL
