Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce testing and Copado CI/CD pipelines to support enterprise Salesforce implementations for Infosys/Caremark. The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, integrations, and deployments while ensuring high-quality releases in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce releases.
Validate Salesforce deployments using Copado CI/CD tools.
Perform regression, smoke, system, and UAT testing.
Test Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Validate data integrity, security, and role-based access within Salesforce.
Work closely with developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to resolve defects.
Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.
Ensure compliance with healthcare domain standards and data security guidelines.
Support release management and deployment verification in lower and higher environments.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide QA sign-offs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8-10+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce QA (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Experience with Copado for Salesforce deployments and testing
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets
Experience testing Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release management
Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools
Strong SQL/data validation skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
