Wireless Network Architect (Cisco WLAN) - Dallas, TX

We are seeking a Wireless Network Architect with deep expertise in Cisco WLAN and RF design to lead enterprise wireless architecture, deployment, and optimization initiatives.

Location: Dallas, TX 75202 (Onsite)
Contract: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Cisco wireless network architectures

• Lead site surveys, RF analysis, deployment, and cutover

• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex WLAN issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers

• Maintain network documentation and standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Cisco Wireless (WLCs, APs, Catalyst Center, Cisco Spaces)

• Expertise in RF design, site surveys, and WLAN troubleshooting

• Hands-on with Wireshark, AirMagnet

• Wireless security experience (Cisco ISE)

• Scripting knowledge (Python preferred)
