We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing servers, networks, and enterprise applications, and is comfortable troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Perform updates, patches, backups, and routine preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with IT staff to plan and implement system upgrades and improvements.
Qualifications- 2-4+ years of experience in systems administration or related IT role.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Knowledge of backup strategies and disaster recovery procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSA, CCNA, etc.) preferred.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
401K with up to 10% employer match, 100% paid single medical and dental coverage for full time employees, 13 holidays and up to 29 days of PTO annually.
