Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Python Developer to join our innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale, high-performance applications using the Python ecosystem. You will be instrumental in mentoring junior developers, driving best practices, and architecting robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and robust back-end applications, microservices, and APIs using Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Collaborate with product and engineering leads to define system architecture, technical roadmap, and high-level designs, ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and reliability requirements.
Establish and enforce coding standards, perform thorough code reviews, and drive continuous improvement in development processes and quality assurance.
Act as a technical mentor for mid-level and junior developers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to foster their growth.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, debug complex production issues, and optimize application performance and stability.
Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline, automation, and infrastructure management using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).

Basic Qualifications (Required):
Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Python development.
Python Expertise: Deep understanding of Python internals, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and asynchronous programming.
Framework Proficiency: Expert-level experience with at least one major Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Database Skills: Strong proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
APIs: Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and, ideally, GraphQL.
Testing: Solid understanding of software testing principles and experience with unit testing, integration testing, and mocking frameworks.
Version Control: Expert command of Git and standard branching strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with message queuing/broker systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, or Vue.js) is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
