Their services include procurement, design build, modernizations and new construction. Most of their work is done in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Coachella Valley and the Inland Empire.

Job Details

Currently they are looking for a talented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience handling commercial door projects.

This person will need the ability to read plans and specifications, public works experience. Additionally, they will put together submittal package, RFI's and PCO's. Order Hollow Metal Frames, Doors, Wood Doors and Hardware as well as Keep track of Job budgets for material and labor.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the door/frame/hardware industry
• 1+ years' commercial door experience required
• Customer/Vendor communication
• Assisting to ensure project is being built correctly
• Project schedule management and forecasting
• Submittal creation and implementation
• Assist in day-to-day construction management operations
• Candidates must be team oriented and self-motivated
