Role: Sr. Manager, Revenue & QTC Process for M&A Integration

Duties:
>Collaborate with QTC relevant counterparts to develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan for Revenue and QTC functional areas that may include but not be limited to Master Data (Accounts, Products / SKUs, etc...) handling, Pricing, Quoting, Sales Order Processing, Billing, Invoicing, Collections, and Revenue Recognition.
>Define and drive execution of workstreams critical to the success of the M&A integration from Revenue and QTC perspective
>Drive activities enabling the desired future state process for the combined Revenue and QTC function, aligning people, processes, and technology with the parent company's standards.
>Drive activities helping define historical data conversion strategy, execution and alignment with all the stakeholders and counterparts.
>Work with cross-functional teams involving Finance, Sales Operations, Product, IT, Legal, and Accounting stakeholders.
>Partner with IT and Business teams to manage the execution of migration of historical data to core target systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, etc...).
>Drive the execution of timely migration of acquired company's customer data, SKUs, contracts, open orders, revenue schedules, billing plans into the target systems.
>Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integration's success (e.g., billing cycle time, revenue reporting accuracy).
>Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets using formal project management methodologies.
>Execute in compliance with internal controls (SOX) and external accounting standards, specifically regarding revenue cutover and post-acquisition reporting.
>Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on integration progress, risks, and decisions to executive leadership and core team members.
>Facilitate decision-making across disparate stakeholder groups, balancing speed-to-integration with operational stability.
Skills:
>8 to 10 years of relevant experience within the tech industry, with a combination of experience at an accounting / consulting practice and industry experience at a top-tier tech company.
>Experience with M&A and process integration methodology, practical execution, business process and operational adoption, large scale data migration and conversion execution.
>Strong understanding of revenue operations and accounting (including sound knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 and relevant internal controls) for an enterprise business across various business models including hardware, software, subscription, consumption / usage, and multiple go to market motions such as direct, distributions / resellers, marketplace, partnerships, etc...
>Understanding of QTC process and systems that support and enable it including Master Data Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Deals Desk, Configure-Price-Quote, Order Management, Invoicing, Cash Application, Credit & Collections, Returns, Revenue Recognition & Reporting.
>Knowledge of back office of QTC processes enabled using SAP ERP (specifically SAP RAR, BRIM / SD and S/4 HANA), SFDC (preferably CRM and CPQ)
>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to tailor messaging to various audiences of different stakeholders within Business and IT.
>Hands-on and results-oriented leader with a strong problem-solving and action-oriented mindset.

>High level of work organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-change environment.

Education:
>Accounting, Finance, Business and/or Operations Process Management degree (or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience) required. MBA and CPA or equivalent preferred.
