Payrange : $30- $35/hr

Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Jira Administrator.

• Hands-on expertise with Jira Service Management (Service Desk) and Jira Software.

• Proven experience in:

  • Creating and managing Jira boards and workflows

  • Configuring Jira roles, permissions, and schemes

  • Implementing field-level security (field configurations, screens, and permissions)

• Experience supporting HR or internal recruitment workflows is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
