The main function of a Product Content Designer is to partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers to plan and create content for new creator-focused products.
You're ideal for this role if you thrive in a fast-moving environment with lightweight processes that drive big impact. You deliver consistent, high-quality work amidst ambiguity, are solutions-oriented, and can align multiple stakeholders. You have experience translating complex material into accurate, user-friendly, and engaging content. You can advocate for content design and help stakeholders understand how to collaborate effectively. You enjoy both high-level strategy and hands-on writing/editing for mobile experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute briefs for health-related content in collaboration with product managers
- Coordinate approvals and alignment across stakeholders
- Establish processes for working with content design
- Plan, write, edit, test, and improve health-related content across experiences
- Maintain consistency with content standards
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, marketers, and engineers to serve a global audience
- Share work and provide feedback to teammates
- Execute tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Must-Have Skills- 8-10 years of experience with web and mobile content
- Ability to scope and tailor design life cycles for projects
- Familiarity with Figma and Google Drive
- Ability to educate stakeholders and build collaborative processes
Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience supporting growth initiatives
- Experience with creators, tools, and growth strategies
Soft Skills- Ability to work independently while escalating issues when necessary
- Self-motivated, persuasive, enthusiastic, and collaborative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
