Job Description:
Design, develop, and implement SAP Joule AI use cases integrated with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP applications.
Configure and customize Joule conversational experiences to support business workflows and decision-making.
Integrate Joule with SAP services, APIs, and enterprise data sources to deliver intelligent, context-aware responses.
Develop and optimize prompts, skills, and orchestration logic for Joule-driven automation.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
Ensure data security, compliance, and responsible AI practices within SAP environments.
Perform testing, monitoring, and performance tuning of Joule implementations.
Document solutions and support continuous improvement of SAP AI capabilities.
