TEKsystems is seeking a Traveling Field Technician to support customers across Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical expert responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HP Indigo digital printing presses to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction. This position combines hands-on technical work with customer-facing responsibilities, including on-site troubleshooting, operator training, and the use of advanced AI-driven diagnostic tools for proactive service.
We provide extensive HP Indigo press training, so candidates must be eager to learn and develop new skills. Strong electromechanical aptitude is essential-this includes the ability to use a multimeter, interpret electrical diagrams, and apply mechanical problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel long distances within the region.
- Prior experience with commercial printing presses or color copiers is preferred but not required.
