Marmon Holdings is establishing an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Center of Excellence to lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence across its diverse portfolio of businesses. The Artificial Intelligence Leader will serve as the program leader within Corporate IT, responsible for defining Marmon's AI vision, developing governance frameworks, and delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and business innovation.
This role will oversee the AI Delivery team and collaborate with Group IT leaders and operating companies to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with Marmon's corporate objectives, deliver measurable business value, and adhere to our standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Strategic Leadership
- Define AI roadmap and ensure alignment with Marmon's business priorities and digital transformation objectives
- Identify enterprise and cross-business AI opportunities, prioritizing projects based on scalability, ROI, and compliance
- Represent AI strategy and progress to executive leadership through quarterly updates and dashboards
Governance & Standards
- Establish and manage the AI governance framework, covering data privacy, cybersecurity, and ethical AI practices
- Oversee AI tool selection and vendor relationships across Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Aisera, and other platforms
- Implement standardized project intake and review processes
Program Delivery & Operations
- Lead the AI delivery team, including AI programmers, data analyst, product manager, and QA engineer
- Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of AI models and automation solutions
- Partner with Group IT and operating companies to ensure seamless implementation and post-deployment support
Performance Management
- Develop and maintain metrics dashboards to track AI project intake, cost savings, ROI, and adoption rates
- Report quarterly to the CFO, Chief Innovation Officer, and VP Global IT on AI progress, performance, and financial impact
- Continuously improve delivery processes and knowledge sharing across Marmon's AI community
Talent Development & Enablement
- Recruit, mentor, and develop AI talent within the Corporate IT team
- Build AI literacy and training programs to enable business users and IT professionals
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and responsible AI adoption

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years leading AI, data science, or advanced analytics programs
- Demonstrated success deploying AI or ML initiatives with measurable ROI in a complex, multi-business environment
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), cybersecurity principles, and data governance frameworks
- Superb leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience reporting to executive leadership
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, LLMs, automation frameworks, and enterprise integrations
