Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager, Implementation Project Manager, or a professional with transferable project coordination skills to support both in-person installation projects and Managed Services clients. This role will serve as a key point of coordination between our Houston-based installation team and our Help Desk, NOC, and SOC teams. Leadership or team management experience is a plus, as this role will help keep teams on track when leadership is supporting clients or working elsewhere.

Core Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors
• Facilitate project kickoff, status, and close-out meetings
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Escalate risks or blockers to leadership as needed
