Role: Base 24 Payment Engineer
Location: Chicago IL Onsite
Job Type Contract
- Develop, configure, and support ACI Base24 Classic or Base24-eps payment systems.
- Maintain ATM/POS transaction switching and ISO 8583 message processing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of payment services.
- Implement system enhancements, patches, and new payment features.
- Integrate Base24 with host systems, card schemes, and third-party networks.
- Perform performance tuning, capacity monitoring, and system optimization.
- Support EMV, tokenization, HSM, and security components.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and documentation of payment changes.
- Collaborate with operations, security, and business teams for smooth delivery.
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and industry payment standards.
