Job : Lead Power BI Dashboard Developer

Location : Columbia, SC (Onsite )

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, document, implement, modify, and upgrade data visualization and reporting solutions

• Develop and support advanced Power BI dashboards for agency-wide initiatives

• Mentor junior developers and guide best practices in data visualization

• Create data models, KPIs, charts, and fiscal-year reporting dashboards

• Develop dashboards to support executive-level decision-making and auditing requirements

• Design and maintain intangible asset tracking dashboards for program leadership

• Create monthly architecture snapshots including:

• Workflow diagrams

• Backend schemas

• Technical documentation and data dictionaries

Critical Job Functions

• Develop and maintain Power BI (and Tableau as needed) applications

• Provide technical support and backup for assigned applications

• Ensure seamless system integration across platforms

• Maintain clear technical and administrative documentation

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Required Skills (Ranked by Importance)

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI

• 3+ years of experience with Technical Documentation

• 1+ year of experience with Project Management

• 1+ year of experience with Data Modeling

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Graphic Design

• Experience with Python

• Experience with SQL

Required Education

• Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field

• OR equivalent professional work experience
