SAP EAM (SAP PM) Analyst - 100% Remote - Local preferred

Genesis10 is currently seeking an SAP EAM (PM) Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract position located in Laurel, MT. This opportunity is 100% remote.

Compensation: $90.00 - 100.00 per hour, W2.

Summary:

An SAP EAM (SAP PM) Analyst with a strong background in S/4HANA and process consulting is needed to join a high-performing team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map and implement improvements and support the production SAP S/4HANA system for the EAM Process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their Demand to Supply processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Provide process consulting to business stakeholders and identify areas of business process optimization and improvement.
• Work with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA to support optimized Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) process.
• Analyze data and system workflows to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support them with issue resolution in EAM and IM areas.
• Participate in the testing of new EAM functionalities and ensure the quality of solutions delivered.
• Support the change management process by effectively communicating changes to impacted parties and managing change requests.
• Continuously monitor and analyze Demand to Supply processes and system performance and recommend further improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM/EAM/IM, process mapping, configuration and implementation, integration.
• Experience working on at least 2 SAP S/4HANA projects with working knowledge of Fiori apps.
• Strong understanding of Demand to Supply business processes and process optimization.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Inventory Management (IM).
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Experience in process consulting and change management.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Waterfall / SAP Activate methodologies.

Desired skills:

• Process knowledge in SAP PP, QM and WM will be an advantage.
