MUST HAVE D365 configuration experience and data quality experience is needed.
Experience within a government tenant of a CRM would be a bonus.
Dynamics 365/more recent version of CRM needed
Location preference is onsite in Carmel, Indiana and then in Eagan or Little Rock to remote but open to remote for the right candidate.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a customer experience business analyst, you will support the organization's customer experience initiatives by analyzing, specifying, proposing and partnering with the business area leaders and subject matter experts to define solutions using knowledge and expertise around the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) - Customer Engagement system.
ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Customer Experience team members to research and document customer experience and business area needs
Support initiatives to collect and manage customer insight data
Capable of providing gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover business needs
Able to elicit and identify project requirements from end users
Responsible for validating requirements by providing option comparisons and justifications
Provide Microsoft Dynamics D365 system configuration support based on changing business needs
Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities related to D365 configuration and development; proficient in testing to ensure successful execution and appropriate application of solutions
Creation of project documentation to include user reference manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts and work product validation
Accountable for self-organization and tracking completion of assigned tasks including successful delivery of assigned project milestones
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication skills with an ability to present results to all levels of the organization
Contribute to performance and process improvements within the department that will maintain efficient and effective delivery of service for customers
Effectively solve problems consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, and/or law
Compliance with all processes, procedures, and standards applicable to the position including (but not limited to): SOC 1 (Service Organization Controls 1), CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection), Change Management, Tariff (Open Access Transmission, Energy and Operating Reserve Markets Tariff), FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission), NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation), U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and NAESB (North American Energy Standards Board)

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business or related technical field required; or four to six years of related work experience
2-4 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, preferred

Additional Skills & Qualifications
This role is someone who can come in and help with an insanely large CRM backlog. Dynamics Power Platform/Pages. They've had the platform for about 5 years now. Having a surplus of business areas that want to use this CRM and build out the functionality. Backlogged work and tickets fired up. Hitting the ground day 1 they get them familiar with the system setup and then they are off and running. Experience working within a government area would be really beneficial since that is where they are aligned.
They have Tariff related work to be completed by specific dates. What they truly need is someone to come in and be confident in Dynamics 365 platform. Create Power Pages, work with Product Owner. Sprint Reviews and be fully integrated into the team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
