- Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an EAM consultant in an asset-intensive industry, with specific experience in the utilities sector being highly desirable.
- Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle EAM implementation.
- Hands-on experience with EAM module configuration, customization, and development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in the technical architecture of relevant EAM platforms.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages relevant to the EAM system (e.g., ABAP for SAP, PL/SQL for Oracle, Python/XML for other ERPs).
- Experience with database management systems and API/middleware integrations.
- Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of asset management principles, including preventive maintenance, work planning, and inventory control.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
