Experience: 15+ years 

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business users, vendors).

• Track project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.

• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

• Manage change requests and scope creep effectively.

• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives (if Agile).

• Ensure quality standards and documentation are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall models.

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• PMP / CSM / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

• Experience managing remote teams is preferred.
