- Validate
- 5G SA / NSA attach & handover
- LTE fallback and network reselection
- VoLTE / VoWiFi call flows
- Data throughput, latency, and stability
- Execute mobility, handover, and RF condition testing
Failure & Edge Case Testing
- Simulate
- Poor signal
- Congested networks
- Roaming failures
- Network outages
- Firmware upgrade interruptions
- Validate device recovery behavior
Regression & Release QA
- Validate modem & firmware builds before:
- Carrier certification
- OTA rollout
- Production deployment
- Execute regression suites across:
- Chipset
- OS
- Network
- SIM / eSIM profiles
Defect Management
- Identify, reproduce, and document:
- Device firmware defects
- Modem stack failures
- Network interoperability issues

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science.
GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Basking Ridge, NJ, to be $110,000 to $120,000, and reflects base salary only.
