About the OpportunityDue to major increases in network capacity needs, the data center infrastructure team is expanding significantly. This team is preparing for large-scale initiatives involvingdeployments, creating a strong demand for skilled L2 technicians who are ready to step into more advanced responsibilities.
You'll join a structured, well-supported team that includes its own program manager, shift managers, and multiple levels of data center technicians (L2-L4). This environment offers stability, clear workflows, and plenty of advancement opportunities.
What You'll DoIn this role, you'll support mission-critical operations across multiple data centers by performing hands-on technical work, including:
- Break/fix support for server and network hardware
- Working tickets in an active queue with SLAs
- Rack, stack, cable, and troubleshoot equipment
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
- Perform root-cause analysis and escalate when needed
- Document work thoroughly in tracking systems
- Collaborate with shift leads and technical managers

Top Skills We're Looking For- 1-2+ years of data center experience (L1/L2 support, hardware work, etc.)
- Strong break/fix troubleshooting ability
- Experience working in a ticketing system
- Network knowledge or credentials such as:
- Network+
- CCNA (or currently studying)
- Hands-on network troubleshooting experience
