Situation
The client is a pharmaceutical organization undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation to strengthen compliance, traceability, and end-to-end operational efficiency across their FDA-regulated manufacturing network. They need an experienced SAP SCM Support Consultant to stabilize supply chain processes, support validation activities, and ensure system readiness as they move through critical project phases. This role is open to provide immediate functional support across procurement, planning, quality, and logistics in a highly regulated environment where data integrity, audit readiness, and compliant process execution are essential.
Required Skills

Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA SCM modules (MM, PP, QM, EWM or WM, and/or IBP) in a pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.

Hands-on background supporting supply chain processes such as batch management, inventory traceability, MRP, quality inspection processes, production execution, and controlled material movements.

Familiarity with GxP compliance, CFR Part 11 expectations, and validated system change management practices.

Ability to support testing cycles, defect remediation, and documentation aligned to CSV/validation standards.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with QA, Manufacturing, Quality Systems, and Supply Chain teams.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced transformation environment.
Nice to Have Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2022 or similar release used in regulated industries.

Background supporting pharmaceutical batch record processes, serialization, or cold-chain logistics.

Familiarity with SAP Ariba, SAP ATTP, or MES integration within a pharma ecosystem.

Prior involvement in S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield transformations.

Experience collaborating with CSV/QA teams during system deployments in GxP environments.
