Skill Set:

•                    Strong experience managing technical ERP Cloud implementations, with hands-on expertise overseeing complex projects end-to-end.

•                    Lead design and development of ERP Integrations, Customizations, reports, and automations.

•                    Manage technical scope, tasks, timelines, and budgets for ERP projects

•                    Proven ability to lead multiple technical teams handling integrations, data conversions, reports, and extensions in the Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud environment.

•                    This is a technical lead role, acting as the lead for a large multiple country technical implementation team.

Summary:

The Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant leads the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. The architect serves as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

•                    Solution Design and Implementation:

•                    Lead the design and deployment of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

•                    Develop and customize functionalities across various SCM modules, such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

•                    Ensure seamless integration of SCM solutions with other enterprise systems, including Oracle Cloud Financials and third-party applications.

•                    Business Process Analysis:

•                    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.

•                    Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.

•                    Recommend best practices and process enhancements to optimize supply chain operations.

•                    Project Leadership and Collaboration:

•                    Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and requirements gathering to design, testing, and deployment.

•                    Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

•                    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and consultants.

•                    Continuous Improvement:

•                    Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud SCM features, industry trends, and best practices.

•                    Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations.

•                    Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

•                    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

•                    Experience:

•                    Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud SCM modules, with a strong understanding of Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

•                    Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex SCM implementations and global design sessions.

•                    Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and best practices.

Skills:

•                    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•                    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

•                    Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies and a deep understanding of supply chain processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

•                    Oracle Cloud certifications related to SCM modules.

•                    Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare.

•                    Familiarity with related Oracle Cloud modules, such as Financials or Human Capital Management.
