Job Description

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP implementation and transformation projects for a global agricultural equipment manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, technical resources, and vendors
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and UAT activities
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
• Provide status updates and executive presentations to stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP project management experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA preferred)
• Proven track record managing full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or SAP certification preferred
• Manufacturing or industrial equipment industry experience is a plus
