Summary
Job Description:-
* Ability to do architecture and consulting engagement for large and complex customer environment.
* Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of consulting engagement, able to do individual contributor role and work with multiple teams and manages deliverables effectively and has a proven track record of consistent and organized outputs on time.
* The ideal candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to understand complex problems and requirements, an aptitude for translating these problems into workable designs and solutions and will possess a keen eye for detail.
Cybersecurity Architects Responsibilities -
* Conduct Cybersecurity Technology roadmap, architecture and consulting engagements, technology benchmarking exercise.
Skills required -
12 to 15 years of experience in Cybersecurity
* Solid understanding of overall Cybersecurity Architecture, principles like Security by Design, Zero Trust Framework, least privilege, security incident response).
* Strong knowledge in multiple domains within Cybersecurity (ex: Cloud & Infra security, Security assurance, Security operations) to assess security posture of customer and provide roadmap.
* Strong oral and written communication skills appropriate for consultation with all levels of management.
* Excellent documentation skill (Architecture diagram, flow creation, Technology roadmap)
* Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity.
* High level of initiative, drive, motivation, problem solving, communication, collaboration, creativity, Customer service, quality awareness, and time management skills
Desired Certification CISSP, CISM
Soft Skills -
* Should have good verbal/written communication skills.
* Candidate should carry continual system improvement mind-set and able to demonstrate in work.
* Client facing technical analysis report and presentation skills.
* Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
