Position : Operations Research Analyst Senior

Location: Patuxent River, MD (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Lead quantitative analysis to identify trends, root causes of readiness degraders, and cost impacts in aviation sustainment.

Develop forecasting models, simulations, and dashboards.

Interface with government leadership for strategic readiness planning.

Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.

May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products.

May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Bachelors in relevant field (Operations Research, Math, Eng.).

- 10+ years of experience.

- Tier-3 clearance

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree.

- Experience with aircraft readiness, Navy data systems (DECKPLATE, RAMP).
