Must-Have Skills:

Strong GIS expertise with hands-on experience in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, Datastore) and mobile applications (Survey123, Collector, Runtime).
Experience with ArcGIS SDE / Enterprise Geodatabases, GIS server deployment, and enterprise geodatabase design including schema, feature classes.
Programming and database skills: Python, .NET, JavaScript, and Oracle or SQL Server (triggers, procedures, operations).

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with utility industry geospatial data (electric, gas, infrastructure, assets).
Recent ESRI certifications, training, or project-based experience.
