Senior PeopleSoft Developer (HCM) XML/PeopleCode Expert

Location: Remote (Must work 8 AM 5 PM PST)
Type: Contract

We are looking for a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in PeopleCode XML (XMLDoc, XMLGen, XMLNode, XMLRowset). This role involves building complex XML integrations, enhancing HCM modules, and supporting HR, Payroll, and Commitment Accounting processes.

Required Skills

Advanced PeopleCode and XML framework experience
Strong PeopleTools: Application Designer, Application Engine, CI, Integration Broker, File Layouts
Deep knowledge of HCM data structures (HR, Payroll, Commitment Accounting)
Experience building and troubleshooting complex integrations
Strong SQL, debugging, and performance tuning skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance XML-based integrations
Build and support PeopleSoft HCM components
Optimize Application Engine programs
Work with functional teams to deliver technical solutions
