We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and technically-savvy Program Manager to lead our global hackathon initiatives. This role is at the intersection of community building, product strategy, and technical innovation. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact events that empower developers to build the next generation of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Hackathon Orchestration: Lead the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of internal and external hackathons.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, engineering teams, and marketing. You must be able to translate technical milestones into executive-level updates.
• Developer Experience (DX) Champion: Design an intuitive and frictionless journey for participants, ensuring they have the right documentation, APIs, and support to build successfully.
• AI Evangelism: Curate challenges and themes focused on Generative AI and Agentic Workflows, helping participants leverage cutting-edge tools.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure hackathon outcomes align with the company’s long-term technical roadmap.

Required Qualifications
• Education: MBA or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience specifically planning and conducting large-scale hackathons or developer-centric events.
• Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of developer workflows. You don’t need to be a full-time coder, but you must "speak developer" fluently to provide high-quality DX.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and inspire grassroots developers alike.

Preferred Skills
• AI Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity or working knowledge of the Generative AI landscape (LLMs, prompt engineering) and Agentic AI (autonomous agents, multi-agent systems).
• Community Building: Experience in growing developer communities or managing Open Source initiatives.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to track and report on KPIs such as participant retention, project viability, and ROI.
