Job Summary: LLM/NLP Specialist - Real-Time AI Applications

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Data Scientist who focuses on LLM/NLP to join our team and drive innovation in real-time AI applications, particularly within call center environments. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in natural language processing, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering, combined with the strategic mindset to influence executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fine-tune and optimize existing LLMs to support initiative-specific tasks and business objectives.
  • Provide expert input on LLM architecture and strategy, including the potential development of proprietary models.
  • Apply advanced NLP techniques and prompt engineering to enhance real-time model performance, especially in customer interaction scenarios.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Present technical results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable, production-ready solutions using Python and SQL.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience with LLMs, NLP techniques, and prompt engineering.
  • Background in real-time AI systems or call center technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated executive presence, business acumen, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
  • 1+ years of experience
