This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in natural language processing, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering, combined with the strategic mindset to influence executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Fine-tune and optimize existing LLMs to support initiative-specific tasks and business objectives.
- Provide expert input on LLM architecture and strategy, including the potential development of proprietary models.
- Apply advanced NLP techniques and prompt engineering to enhance real-time model performance, especially in customer interaction scenarios.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
- Present technical results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
- Contribute to the development of scalable, production-ready solutions using Python and SQL.
Ideal Candidate Profile:- Proven experience with LLMs, NLP techniques, and prompt engineering.
- Background in real-time AI systems or call center technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
