Summary

Job Title:Senior SAP Basis Administrator / Engineer / Lead

Key Responsibilities:

System Management: Install, configure, upgrade (EHP, S/4HANA), patch, and maintain SAP systems (ABAP/Java, Fiori, Web Dispatcher, BTP, Cloud Connector).
Performance & Tuning: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, database (HANA, Oracle), memory, and SQL queries.
Security & Compliance: Manage user authorizations, roles, security, and ensure compliance with standards.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Collaborate on cloud migrations (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and manage hybrid landscapes, HA/DR strategies.
Project Leadership: Lead technical aspects of major projects like S/4HANA migrations, system refreshes, and new landscape implementations.
Automation & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement, implementing automation (AI-based) and exploring new SAP technologies (BTP, SLT).
Technical Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor, point of escalation, and lead discussions with business stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Experience: 7-10+ years in SAP Basis, with proven leadership in complex environments.
Technologies: Deep expertise in SAP HANA, S/4HANA, BTP, Solution Manager, NetWeaver, Fiori.
Databases: Strong administration skills in HANA, Oracle, ASE.
Cloud: Experience with public/private cloud operations and integration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Methodologies: Familiarity with RCA, problem management, lifecycle events (upgrades, refreshes).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
