Operational Excellence Manager

Description

Under general direction, plans and implements process improvement activities in support of CSL and industry best practices
Supports, leads and coordinates projects to improve performance, quality, efficiency and/or cost
Establishes and monitors key performance indicators
Ensures projects are rolled out and delivered according to milestones, budget and other relevant factors
Coordinates site wide project activities with other sites/functions in global CSL network
Coaches on use of re-engineering techniques to drive improvements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
5+ years' experience in process management
Demonstrated success in project management and continuous improvement processes
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

Preferred/Nice to Have:

Six sigma certification/training
